If the truck mounted crane is divided according to the boom style of the truck mounted crane manufacturer, there are two kinds of telescopic boom type (also known as "straight arm") and knuckle boom type (also known as "folding arm"). The boom of the telescopic crane is almost the same as that of the truck mounted crane, and the cargo is lifted by the winch through the steel cable and pulley block. Generally, the middle arrangement is used, because its structure is simple, the cost is low and can meet most working conditions, and it occupies a larger proportion in the truck crane. The form of the folding arm crane boom is similar to that of the cement pump truck, but the boom has only three sections, the last section is telescopic, and the cargo is lifted directly by the boom. Both the middle type and the rear type have the advantages of small space occupied after folding and more flexible arm during operation, and have also begun to be accepted by users. The lifting arm is extended through the hydraulic cylinder, and the lifting hook pulley is suspended from the top of the lifting arm. Load indicator The load indicator indicates the total fixed load of the vehicle chassis under no-load conditions at various boom lengths and lifting angles. The hoist is driven by a hydraulic motor and is lifted or lowered by a wire rope. The column supports the boom, hoist and variable amplitude cylinder and is driven by a rotary system. The working radius of the crane is also calculated from the center of the column to the distance of the hook. Rotation system The rotation system (hydraulic motor) rotates the column. The rack is mounted directly on the chassis of the vehicle and supports the columns and leg frames. The hydraulic tank contains the hydraulic oil for the crane, and plays the role of heat dissipation and precipitation filtration. The hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly, and it should also be replaced after being dirty.
