Precautions for crane operation:
1, wear clothes and pants must be suitable for work. Wear work clothing and a safety helmet. Be sure to carry out pre-operation inspection, and if you find common faults in pre-operation inspection, you should repair them immediately. Before operation, the safety standards around the lifting equipment should be checked.
2. Place the crane on a firm level road for work. Soft road should be prevented, if the crane must not work on the soft road, be sure to place a hard block or thick steel plate on the road, and then support the foot of the crane on the pad to prevent the foot from sinking into the field.
3. Use the oil indicator to check the gear oil level of the crane. Gear oil level must be between the H and L marks. If not enough, be sure to add gear oil. Before operating the retarder, check that each handle is in a neutral position. If each operation handle does not have the middle part, after the retarder is toothed, the car is hanging on the horse, which is likely to cause more serious accidents.
