First, the characteristics of the running-in period of the CNS truck mounted crane:
1, parts wear fast
Due to the influence of new machine parts assembly, processing, and adjustment, the friction surface is rough, the contact area of the matching surface of the crane is small, and the pressure condition of the surface is uneven. During the operation of the crane, the convex and convex parts of the surface of the parts interact with each other, and the worn down metal debris continues to participate in the friction as an abrasive, which accelerates the wear of the mating surface of the crane parts. Therefore, it is easy to cause wear of parts (especially the matching surface) during the running-in period of the crane, and the wear speed is fast. At this time, if the overload operation, it may lead to the damage of parts, so that the early failure of the crane.
2. Oil or water seepage occurs on the crane
Due to the loosening of crane parts, vibration and the influence of heat on the machine, the sealing surface and pipe joints of the crane are prone to leakage. In addition, some defects such as casting and processing are difficult to find when the crane is installed and adjusted, but these defects are exposed due to the vibration and impact of the crane during the operation, which makes the crane appear as leaking (leaking) oil (water).
3. The spare parts of the crane are loose
The newly assembled parts of the crane have geometric shape and matching size deviation. In the early stage of the crane's use, due to vibration, shock and other alternating loads, as well as deformation, heat and other factors, coupled with the crane wear too fast and other reasons, it is easy to loosen the original tight parts.
4. The operator has more mistakes in the operation of the crane
Due to the operator's insufficient understanding of the structure and performance of the crane (especially the new crane operator), it is easy to cause failure due to operational errors, and even lead to mechanical accidents of the crane.
5. Poor lubrication between the parts of the crane
Due to the small clearance of the newly assembled parts, and due to processing assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the clearance of the parts, and the lubricating oil (grease) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface to prevent wear. As a result, the lubrication efficiency is reduced, resulting in early abnormal wear of crane parts. This kind of wear will cause scratches or bite of the friction surface of the precise match, resulting in the failure of the crane.
Second, the use and maintenance of the running-in period
1, because the crane is a special vehicle, the operator should accept the guidance and training of the manufacturer, have a sufficient understanding of the structure and performance of the vehicle, and obtain certain experience in the operation and maintenance of the crane from the manufacturer to operate the machine. The product use and maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer is the necessary information for the crane operator to operate the equipment. Before operating the machine, it is necessary to read the operation and maintenance manual of the crane first, and operate and maintain the crane according to the requirements of the manual.
2. Keep the crane clean for a long time, adjust and tighten the loose parts in time to prevent the wear and tear of parts or the loss of parts due to loosening.
3, pay attention to the load of the running-in period of the crane, the load during the running-in period generally do not exceed 80% of the rated load, and to arrange suitable workload for the crane, to prevent the machine from overheating for a long time continuous operation.
4, the operator should pay attention to often check the coolant, lubricating oil, brake fluid, hydraulic oil and fuel oil (water) level and quality, and pay attention to check the tightness of the vehicle. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point of the crane should be strengthened, and it is recommended that during the running-in period, each shift should fill the lubrication point with grease (except for special requirements).
5, pay attention to often observe the instrument instructions of the crane, abnormal, should stop the operation in time to eliminate, in the fault cause is not found and eliminated, should stop the operation.
6, when the run-in period is over, the vehicle should be forced to maintain, do a good job of inspection and adjustment of the crane, and pay attention to the replacement of the oil.
