Hydraulic system mating parts: solid impurities cause scratches/blockages and risk stable operation.
There are many pairs in the hydraulic system. If solid impurities invade the damping holes or the gaps between parts, it will cause scratches on the pairs, blockage of the oil passage, etc., threatening the stable operation of the hydraulic system. The common reason for solid impurities to invade the hydraulic system is that the hydraulic oil is unclean. The refueling tools are not clean. Improper refueling, maintenance and upkeep; Hydraulic component desquamation, etc.
Prevent solid impurities from invading the ship hoisting system from the following three aspects:
1. When refueling: Hydraulic oil needs to be filtered before refilling, and the refueling tools should be kept clean. The filter at the fuel tank filling port should not be removed in order to increase the refueling speed. Refueling personnel should wear clean gloves and work clothes to prevent solid impurities and fiber impurities from falling into the oil.
2. During maintenance: When disassembling the oil filling cover, filter cover, inspection hole, hydraulic oil pipe and other parts of the ship crane hydraulic oil tank, it is necessary to pay attention to avoiding dust when the system oil passage is exposed. The disassembled parts must be thoroughly cleaned before opening. When removing the oil tank cover of the hydraulic oil tank, first remove the soil around the oil tank cover. After loosening the oil tank cover, clean up the debris remaining at the joint (do not rinse with water to avoid water seeping into the oil tank). Only after confirming that it is clean can the oil tank cover be opened.
3. During cleaning: The cleaning oil should be of the same grade as that used in the system. The oil temperature should be between 45 and 80 degrees Celsius. Use a large flow rate to remove as many impurities as possible from the system. The hydraulic system should be cleaned more than three times repeatedly. After each cleaning, all the oil should be drained from the system while it is still hot. After cleaning, clean the filter of the ship crane, replace the new filter element and then add new oil.
When using wiping materials and hammers, be sure to choose wiping materials that do not shed fiber impurities and hammers with rubber adhering to the hitting surface. Hydraulic components and hydraulic hoses should be carefully cleaned and dried with high-pressure air before assembly. Choose a regular product filter element with intact packaging (if the inner packaging is damaged, even if the filter element is intact, it may still be unclean). When changing the oil, clean the filter at the same time. Before installing the filter element, carefully clean the dirt at the bottom of the filter housing with wiping materials.
The steel wire rope of a ship crane plays a role equivalent to that of a human arm during the lifting process and is an indispensable component in the cargo hoisting operation. However, due to the fact that ship cranes are used in various locations across the country, including coastal areas and deserts, and the climatic conditions in each application environment are different, Correspondingly, the steel wire ropes of the ship cranes used in these regions should also be adjusted according to the changes in regions and climatic conditions.
The steel wire rope used for ship cranes should be selected according to the location:
1. When the working environment of the ship crane is open-air, humid, corrosive, etc., galvanized steel wire ropes should be selected.
2. When the working environment of the ship crane contains harsh substances such as CO2, sulfur-containing gases, and sandstorms, they will gradually corrode the steel wire rope and its core, reducing the performance of the steel wire rope. At this time, we can choose mining steel wire ropes and apply better grease to block the erosion and electrochemical reactions, protecting the core and the steel wire rope.
Precautions for ship crane operation:
1. A regular technical inspection of the ship crane should be conducted once a year. During the technical inspection, in addition to a detailed examination of all components of the crane, static and dynamic tests of the ship crane are also required.
2. The ship crane should be installed on a horizontal surface or an inclined plane no greater than 5 degrees. The four wheels need to be in contact with the plane to block the wheels and prevent them from moving during the lifting operation.
3.When the ship crane rotates while lifting goods, the height to which the load is lifted needs to be more than 0.3 meters above the obstacle.
4. It is strictly prohibited to place flammable materials (kerosene, gasoline and other flammable items) on the ship crane.
5. The operators of ship cranes must be familiar with the stable operation procedures of ship cranes, have received training, and possess good eyesight and hearing before they can operate them.
6. During operation, the lifted heavy object should be controlled to avoid swaying in space.
7. When adjusting the amplitude of the boom and turning the handwheel, it must be in an unloaded state and no heavy objects should be lifted.
8. When the ship crane is rotating while lifting goods, the crane must not be moved.
9. The operator of the ship crane should note that the lifted object must not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the boom, and the lifted object should be in the natural hanging position of the hook.
