Sudden power outage during construction:
When a sudden power outage occurs during construction, the power switch of the electrical box should be immediately cut off to prevent any accidents when power is restored. After receiving the notification of power restoration, the power switch should be closed again. Work can resume only after checking that everything is normal. If it is necessary to return to the ground after a power outage, the manual descent handles of both ends of the hoists should be lifted simultaneously to allow the suspended platform to slide freely to the ground.
2. The suspension platform cannot be stopped after releasing the button during the lifting and lowering process.
When the suspended platform cannot be stopped after releasing the button during the lifting or lowering process, the red emergency switch on the electrical box door should be pressed immediately to make the suspended platform stop urgently. Then, turn off the power switch of the electrical box, check the contact condition of the contactor, clean the oil and impurities on the surface of the contactor. After the contactor can return to normal operation when pressed by hand, close the power switch and use the manual sliding method to lower the suspended platform to the ground for maintenance.
3. The suspended platform automatically locks the rope due to horizontal inclination:
When the suspended platform is being raised or lowered, or when one end slides down and tilts horizontally to the specified range, the stability lock will automatically lock the rope. At this point, the machine should be stopped immediately. Then, turn the conversion switch on the electrical box to the lower end of the platform, press the up button to raise the lower end of the suspended platform to the horizontal position. After the stability lock automatically returns to the unlocking state, lower the suspended platform to the ground. Check and adjust the clearance of the electromagnetic brakes at both ends to meet the requirements. Or check the speed difference between the two ends of the machine. If the difference is obvious, the motor should be replaced.
4. The working steel wire rope gets stuck in the hoist due to loose strands, twisting or damage to the hoist parts and needs to be forcibly released:
When it is confirmed to be stable, evacuate the construction personnel inside the suspended platform and dispatch maintenance personnel who have received technical training to enter the suspended platform for maintenance. First, wind the stabilizing steel wire rope around the installation frames of the hoists at both ends, and then fasten both ends of the stabilizing steel wire rope tightly with rope buckles. Then loosen the protective rings of the swing arm rollers at both ends of the stability lock, separate the working steel wire rope from the rollers, and put the two ends of the stability lock in the rope-locking state. After taking the above stabilizing measures, remove the hoist for inspection and withdraw the stuck steel wire rope. If necessary, cut the steel wire rope and open the hoist box cover for inspection, and carefully remove the steel wire rope remaining in the hoist. At the same time, replace the new steel wire rope at the corresponding position of the suspension mechanism. Lower and re-insert the replaced steel wire rope into the hoist until it is tightened. Then, install the working steel wire rope into the swing arm wheel groove of the stabilizing lock, install the protective ring, and after the stabilizing lock is opened, lift the suspended platform about 0.5 meters and stop. Remove the rope buckle on the stabilizing steel wire rope and place it in the vertical position. Then lower the suspended platform to the ground. Only after it has been strictly inspected and repaired by the hoist can it be used again.
5. When the working wire rope breaks:
When the working steel wire rope at one end of the suspended platform breaks, the suspended platform tilts. When it reaches the tilted position, the stabilizing lock automatically closes, locking the suspended platform to the stabilizing steel wire rope. At this time, the construction workers inside the suspended platform should remain calm. Running and jumping inside the suspended platform are strictly prohibited. They should handle the situation according to the emergency measures when their respective steel wire ropes are stuck in the hoist.
Oil leakage in hydraulic presses is one of the most common faults, usually caused by two conditions: air leakage and exposure.
There are also two reasons for the exposure:
One is that the O-ring at the junction of the engine block and the bearing end cover is damaged or becomes brittle.
The second issue is oil leakage between the relative speed surface layer of the hydraulic cylinder and the guiding sleeve.

The standard regulations for handling these two common faults are that the distance the piston rod moves within a certain position should not be too large. If it is too large, it is considered that the air leakage is relatively serious and the O-ring needs to be replaced immediately. If there is air leakage between the piston rod and the cylinder wall component, a new piston rod with a diameter slightly larger than the original specification needs to be replaced. In this way, the ductility of the U-shaped sealing ring can be flexibly utilized to achieve the original sealing effect. However, the growth value of the processed piston rod should not be too large; otherwise, the piston rod cannot be inserted into the main cylinder.
