1. Lifting equipment drivers must undergo professional safety training, and after the examination and approval of the relevant departments, issued a combination of certificates, and allowed to operate alone. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from using lifting equipment. 2. Before working, we must check whether the operating devices are normal, whether the wire rope meets the safety regulations, and whether the brakes, hydraulic devices and safety devices are complete, sensitive and reliable. It is strictly forbidden to run the machine with disease. 3. The lifting arm elevation Angle shall not be less than 30°, and the lifting arm of the crane should be avoided as far as possible under load. Do not change the joystick until the boom is safely lifted. 4. The driver and the crane must cooperate closely and follow the signal command of the commander. Before the operation, the horn must be sounded first. If the command gesture is not clear or wrong, the driver has the right to refuse to perform. During the work, the driver must stop the emergency stop signal issued by anyone immediately, and can continue to work until the unsafe factors are eliminated. 5. All traffic management rules and regulations must be observed, and drunk driving is strictly prohibited. No smoking, eating, drinking or gossiping while driving. 6. When lifting heavy parts, the heavy objects should be lifted about 10 cm from the ground first, to check whether the stability of the crane and the brake are flexible and effective, and to continue to work under the normal circumstances.
