1. Before the crane works, it must check whether the operating devices of the crane are normal, whether the wire rope meets the safety regulations, and whether the brake, hydraulic device and safety device are complete, sensitive and reliable. 2. The crane driver and the hoist must cooperate closely and follow the signal command of the conductor. Before operation, the horn must be sounded first. If the command gesture is not clear or wrong, the driver has the right to refuse to perform. 3. All traffic management rules and regulations must be observed. Drunk driving is strictly prohibited. No smoking, eating, drinking or gossiping while driving. 4. Lifting boom elevation Angle shall not be less than 30°, crane should try to avoid lifting boom under load, it is strictly prohibited to change the joystick before lifting boom safely. 5. The crane driver must undergo professional safety training, and be assessed and approved by the relevant departments, issued a combination of certificates, and allowed to operate alone. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from using lifting equipment. 6. When the truck crane is working, no one is allowed to stand, work or pass in the working area, under the lifting arm, under the hook and under the hanging object. 7. The truck lifting transport vehicle shall not run horizontally on the slope, and it is not allowed to turn the lifting arm towards the bottom of the slope. If it is necessary to run or turn, the fuselage must be flattened first. 8. When lifting the heavy transport truck crane with the car, it is not allowed to overhaul and adjust the parts. 9. When the crane is working near the live line, it should maintain a certain safe distance from the live line. 10. After the work is completed, the crane hook and lifting arm should be placed in the prescribed safe position, all the control handles should be placed in the zero position, and the power supply should be cut off. The tower crane and flat crane should stop in the middle of the track and lock the rail clamp.
