If the air enters the hydraulic system of the crane when the air enters the low pressure pipeline, the cavitation phenomenon will occur, so that the oil is discontinuous, affecting the normal work of the crane. Therefore, in the use of truck crane need to adopt the corresponding measures to prevent air into the hydraulic system. 1. Exhaust should be carried out before the hydraulic system of the crane works or after the oil is replaced. 2, the pipe joint should be kept well sealed, especially the suction pipe. If the seal is not good, when the oil pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure, the air will enter the hydraulic system from the poor seal. 3, in addition to the leakage of no pipe, suction pipe and return pipe should be inserted below the oil level, and maintain sufficient concentration to avoid air entry when the system stops working. 4, often maintain the height of the oil surface in the tank of the truck crane to ensure that the oil pump suction pipe all into the oil. All parts of the system should also maintain the full degree of oil, you can install a check valve at the outlet of the oil pump and set up a back pressure valve on the return oil circuit. 5. The filter screen or filter at the oil outlet of the fuel tank should be kept clean and not blocked. Otherwise, under the action of oil absorption of the oil pump, a vacuum will be formed in the filter and pipeline, and a large amount of air will be inhaled from the filter and pipeline joints. If there is air into the high pressure pipeline of the crane, under the impact of the pressure oil, it is compressed sharply, which makes the hydraulic system of the crane produce noise. Moreover, when the gas is suddenly compressed, it will release a lot of heat, causing local overheating, accelerating the temperature rise of the oil, causing damage to the hydraulic components or the oil to deteriorate quickly, and reducing the service life of the oil. In addition, due to the large compressibility of the air, the oil is not continuous, the hydraulic system is not stable, the cylinder is slowly lifted, or the shaking occurs when lifting, and even the lifting work cannot be carried out.
