When the galvanized steel wire rope due to knots, wrinkles, damage, rust is more serious, more than 10% of the stainless steel wire tensile force or diameter reduction exceeds 7% and its color due to overtemperature, the galvanized steel wire should be dismantled and replaced. (6) Check whether the surface of each crane parts is damaged or deformed. (7) Check the same stage galvanized steel wire rope with the telescopic push arm, if the galvanized steel wire rope is found to be soft, the nuts should be adjusted immediately to tighten. (8) Make the crane in the running state, check whether the sound and temperature of the hydraulic transmission system are normal.
