The CNS Marine crane lifts and moves items that need to be moved through cyclic and intermittent movements, saving human and material resources and creating convenience for production and life. But as a mechanical device, of course there are many things to pay attention to. For instance, before using a Marine crane, in order to work more stably, it is necessary to check the surrounding environmental conditions, mainly wind, temperature and lightning. It is prohibited to use when there is lightning and thunderstorms and the wind speed is greater than level 6. The ambient temperature ranges from -25℃ to 60℃. In addition, before starting work, attention should also be paid to the requirements for hoisting steel wire ropes. When hoisting goods, the Angle between the slings should not be too small or too large. The Angle should not exceed 120°; otherwise, the slings may break due to excessive pulling force. If the Angle of the Marine crane is too small, the slings will be too long. When performing lifting operations, if the inner arm's elevation Angle is too large, it is easy to cause excessive working pressure in the system!
When operating a Marine crane, it is important to note that the operator needs to have a clear understanding of the Marine crane to keep it in a good speed state. If you have any questions, please read the user manual in time. Or the operator needs to undergo operation training before operating! Before starting the operation, please check whether the lifting device (ropes, hooks, lifting points, etc.) is stably designed and meets the weight requirements of the lifted goods and the requirements for stable protection. For safety's sake, please make sure the goods are securely fastened! When a Marine crane is under load or in operation, it must not leave the system. In addition to these, another very important point is that without the permission of the personnel, one must not enter the operation and work area at will. It is strictly prohibited for two actuators to operate simultaneously in Marine cranes. Of course, when in use, it is also necessary to know the weight of the lifted load, which must not exceed the load value marked on the crane. The load must not be lifted at an Angle (with a slope), and the load must not be dragged. When the load leaves the ground, there are no obstacles in the direction of its travel! Or it is recommended that you use ropes to guide the load within a certain distance. It is strictly forbidden to lift people.
Daily maintenance of CNS Marine cranes:
Marine cranes are a type of lifting machinery and are a kind of mechanical equipment that operates intermittently in a cycle. Now, CNS will introduce to you some daily maintenance tips for Marine cranes.
1. To actively extend the service life of the machine, it is necessary to run in the engine at the initial stage of use before putting it back into operation. Only in this way can the service life of the engine be determined, thereby prolonging the service life of the machine.
2. The routine maintenance items for daily inspection are carried out by the driver, mainly including cleaning and sanitation, lubrication of transmission components, adjustment and tightening, etc. Through operation, the usability and performance of the stabilizing device are tested, and any abnormal sounds during the operation process are monitored.
3. The monthly inspection of Marine cranes is organized by the Equipment Stability Management Department and carried out jointly by relevant personnel from the user departments. In addition to the weekly inspection items, the main focus is on checking the conditions of the power system, hoisting mechanism, slewing mechanism, control mechanism and hydraulic system of the lifting machinery, and replacing worn, deformed, cracked and corroded parts.
4. Braking system: Inspect and repair the oil pump and braking components (such as replacing worn brake pads, adjusting the brakes and replacing worn parts), with a maintenance and inspection cycle of once a month. Stabilizing limit device: Check whether all limits are working, with a maintenance and inspection cycle of once a month.
5. The maintenance of Marine cranes mainly involves replenishing lubrication, including all load-bearing components and steel wire ropes, to prevent component wear, and to inspect the broken wires, wear and corrosion of the steel wire ropes. Replace the ropes immediately when they meet the standards of our country.
